If it’s over 80, chances are, I’m in a tank top of some sorts. Today’s ensemble is rather a layered bodysuit a la Flashdance, Fast Forward, or any other 80s movie you can think of.

Hurray For Long Weekends!
Oh how much I have been looking forward to these 4 days off! I get to go to Nashville and visit my new niece… and come back just in time for fireworks. Can’t wait!
LA Pride
Through the month of June the infamous pink wall at the Paul Smith Melrose store has been transformed into a rainbow to mark Los Angeles Pride and LGBTQ Pride Month. Touristy and crowded with pretentious hipsters? Absolutely. But I couldn’t the fact that I really loved the overwhelmingly-colorful backdrop.
Shades of Summer
If you follow me on Instagram, you know that my new pair of 90s aviators had a tragic fate after just 24 hours. (Thankfully I only browse designer sunnies and I don’t actually buy them!). But I stumbled over 9 pairs recently (all either super-affordable or on sale) that I love them for this summer (including these crazy blue flip up shells!).
Hello again
It has been far too long! All of my time and energy has been focused on work and the little one… and in the few remaining minutes of my day I try to eat, clean, and do all of the other things that I’m supposed to do. I’ll be honest, I even resort to showering while I give Addison baths just to save time. Plus better for the environment, right?
VBxTarget
When I initially heard that Victoria Beckham was Target’s next collab, I was beyond excited. But then when the lookbook dropped a couple months later, I was left stumped. Largely disappointed, and quite confused by the mixed bag of looks. I did shop it that morning (I got a little caught up in the excitement and had to do a ton of returns after trying things on), but I didn’t buy nearly as much as I did for the 3.1 Phillip Lim collection.
Now, two weeks later, the frenzy has died down. So… what’s the verdict?
Spring Came Early
How can people still deny global warming? It’s over 80 degrees in the first week of March. That being said, I took advantage by busting out all of my latest warm-weather sale finds (80% off, anyone?) and heading to Alfred’s to cool off with my favorite thing ever… boba. Oh, and if you have the shopping bug, read on for some of the best sales I’ve come across lately.
Windows and Windowpane Tweed
LA doesn’t feel nearly as chilly after returning from my extended weekend in Nashville, but I still find my wooly coats to be comforting and cozy in the evening when the temperature drops!
Uniqlo Urban Military Spring Campaign
Hi! If any of you are on Uniqlo’s mailing list, you may have spotted me! I was lucky enough to get to model a look from their Urban Military Spring 2017 campaign, so I just wanted to share some of the photos!
7 Go-To Products from a Makeup Minimalist
I’ll be honest, it’s unrealistic to expect to be able to roll out of bed looking like Alicia Keys. But don’t worry… sometimes just a few dabs and swipes of 7 magical things can make all the difference in looking “naturally flawless”. Here are a few beauty tips (and products) I have learned through the years that will help you look your best in 5-10 minutes.
