Through the month of June the infamous pink wall at the Paul Smith Melrose store has been transformed into a rainbow to mark Los Angeles Pride and LGBTQ Pride Month. Touristy and crowded with pretentious hipsters? Absolutely.  But I couldn’t the fact that I really loved the overwhelmingly-colorful backdrop.

Today’s outfit has an eclectic mix of the high and low. I paired some classic varsity striped track pants with a Mugler top (that retails for upwards of $1000) that I scored for $35 from my favorite store UAL. And these tasseled mid-heel loafers are from one of my favorite (and most thoughtfully-curated) boutiques in LA called BlackMarket, located on the asian stretch of Sawtelle.
