Alright New York, I know I rave about how much better LA’s weather is, but I am so jealous that you get the first & Other Stories store in the US. For those of you unfamiliar with the label, it’s H&M’s more grown up, chicer sister company that is slated to open on Broadway later this year.
Fringe Benefits
I cut my own hair… I also cut my own denim (though, I can’t claim credit for these awesome fringed shorts). They are perfect for the warm weather and add some serious flair to an otherwise tame outfit.
Le Motto of the Day
I am running around like a crazy person this week. Appointments, back to back work deadlines, and I’m off to New York tomorrow! (and I haven’t even thought about packing!!!) Although Le Motto’s “live more, worry less” shirt is probably better suited for my hectic week, I am wearing my fav tank of theirs that says, “Accept More, Judge Less.” I’ll do my best to keep that in mind!

Celebrating 100 posts [+ video!]
Can you believe it has already been 100 posts and almost one year??? To celebrate, I worked with a good friend of mine (and talented cinematographer!), Zach Osterhout, to create this fun video. Enjoy!
I’d also like to give special thanks to my resident photographer/husband for making this blog possible. Putting this photo mosaic made me realize how many of his hours have gone into the making of this blog. He totes his camera around no matter how tired or busy he is just to capture my next blog post. Now that’s love. :)

Minty Fresh
I took a stroll over to my favorite nursery to check out their variety of succulents (I have a fascination with those awesome succulent rock gardens). TMI? Regardless, the weather in LA has been so iffy that I figured a short dress with long sleeves should cover all my bases. These mint shoes also matched so perfectly that I couldn’t resist color coordinating today. :)
