Aloha! I hope you’re all enjoying the holidays. My December has been full of quality family time and traveling… and kicking it off with a 6-day stay in Hawaii wasn’t too bad of a start. ;)

The 80 degree weather was a nice break from one of the most consistently-chilly LA winters that I can remember (especially since it allowed me to take the tags off of my new romper and bikini, and pull out my sandals that I had stored away!). Speaking of the bikini… I purchased it online for $12 two days prior to leaving town. I didn’t have time to go out shopping and I didn’t want to spend much, so the online shopping filters really came into use!

I also tried zip lining for the first time up in the Haleakalā National Park! (I planned ahead and wore hot pink in case my body had to be found at some point. Terrible, I know…)
