The right accessories can make an outfit. Today I jazzed up a classic work ensemble (a button-up blouse and wide-leg pant) with some statement sunglasses, sky high heels, and a pop of pattern.
Roberto Cavalli sunglasses (here and in black here)
Alejandro Ingelmo shoes (other styles on sale on Gilt here)
Kate Spade Saturday laptop sliver (other patterns here, here, or here)
Alexis Bittar necklace (here or here)
Marc Jacobs wool pants (similar here)
Express blouse (also worn here)
Very stylish .. Smart look
!!! YOU ARE BEYOND HOT. If I had the ability to dress myself like this for work (and looked like you)…I would never be able to get any work done because I’d be too busy admiring myself.
Do you have any go-to places you can recommend for work pants? I’ve had the most luck at Target and Banana Republic, but finding a pair I truly love is super rare. So many wide-legged work pants just make me look…wide. (I like slim-fitting but slightly flared or boot cut/straight work pants.)
You’re too funny!
I personally do not wear a whole lot of work pants, but when I do, I tend to gravitate toward either wide legs or narrow cropped. So I don’t have a ton of experience with bootcut, but here I go:
Like you mentioned, I am a fan of Target’s Mossimo work wear – it’s hard to beat $25 for something in a great print or color! White House Black Market is in the same price range as Banana Republic and might give you additional options like this one (you can see all of their boot cut styles here). Then to fill in that middle territory (the $40-$60 price range) is Loft and Asos. Loft has the Zoe, Marisa, and Julie (I like that they have buy one, get one 50% off) while Asos occasionally introduces a non-skinny style (here). I hope that helps! Let me know if you need others. I love these challenges!
Those all seriously look PERFECT–exactly what I’m looking for. Thanks so much!! I’m going to try to hunt them all down!
