This week has been a scorcher in LA. Triple digits hot, which means sleeveless tops and dresses 24/7. I suppose it’s my chance to get summer clothing out of my system, but it’s just making me more anxious for REAL autumn weather (and clothes).

On a positive note, now is the time for some great pre-holiday sales (which, in my opinion, are better than when it gets closer to the holidays). If you’re in the LA area, Paul Smith, A.P.C., and the usual end-of-the-month samples sales at the Cooper Building are throwing down. And great online sales are abundant too. (You can find me bumming it on the couch late at night casually scrolling through Stylebop, Spring, and Stories.) Start your holiday shopping early!

P.S. I own this dress in two colors… and if they bring it back in more shades, I will own those too.
