It was a good weekend. Yesterday I went to Los Angeles Magazine’s The Food Event at Saddlerock Ranch in Malibu. Not only was the location gorgeous, but the cuisine was heaven for any foodie!
I was familiar with about half of the restaurants at the event, but discovering the others was really exciting (especially because a lot of them are within a 15 min from me!). Vendors included Son of a Gun, Cooks County, Public School, Crossroads, Spago, Lemonade… the list goes on and on!
One of my favorite dishes of the day: burrata with persimmon, arugula, hazelnuts, and a balsamic reduction from Bucato in Culver City!
